Service Description
In my IAIM baby massage course, you will learn the gentle techniques of baby massage step by step in a small, cozy group of up to 6 parents (moms, dads, or parent couples). Under my guidance – as I am currently in training to become a certified IAIM baby massage instructor – you will massage your baby yourself while I demonstrate the techniques on a doll. If your baby does not wish to be massaged during the session, you can also practice the strokes on a doll. The course consists of 5 sessions of 60–90 minutes, held once a week. This allows you and your family to develop a routine and get comfortable with the process. During the course, we will also discuss important topics such as: - The right time for baby massage - Suitable massage oils - Physiological and psychological benefits of massage Additionally, there is space for exchange with other parents about topics like sleeping patterns, crying, or daily routines with a baby. My course is a place where you can feel at ease, ask questions, and share experiences – all in rhythm with your baby’s needs. Why Baby Massage? Baby massage not only strengthens the bond between you and your baby but also offers many health benefits: - Promotes circulation and relaxes muscles - Aids digestion and relieves colic or constipation - Supports the immune system, hormonal balance, and circulation - Encourages motor development and enhances overall well-being Especially for babies who cry a lot or suffer from colic, massage can be a great relief. But most importantly, it creates precious moments of closeness and security for both of you. My goal is to empower you to support your baby lovingly and safely in everyday life. Course Details: - Duration: 5 sessions of 60–90 minutes - Location: Verein Treffpunkt Meilen (Schulhausstrasse 27, 8706 Meilen) - For: Babies from 6 weeks old up to crawling age - Bonus: The first baby floating session is included in the course! Cancellation Policy
Registration Registration for the baby massage course is done via the online form on the website or by email. Once the registration confirmation has been received, the registration is binding. Cancellation by the Participant Up to 4 working days before the course starts: 100% of the course fee will be refunded. From 3 working days before the course starts or in case of no-show: No refund will be given. In case of illness or accident, the course fee will be refunded fully or partially upon presentation of a medical certificate. Missed Sessions Missed sessions cannot generally be made up. There is no entitlement to a refund for missed classes. In exceptional cases and by prior arrangement, missed lessons may be rescheduled, depending on course availability. Course Cancellation by Goldcoast Baby Spa Goldcoast Baby Spa reserves the right to cancel courses if the minimum number of participants is not met. Cancellation will be announced at least two weeks before the course starts. In this case, either an alternative date will be offered, or the course fees will be fully refunded. If the instructor falls ill, a replacement date will be arranged. If this is not possible, the session will be postponed to a later date. Insurance & Liability Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. Goldcoast Baby Spa assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or other damages arising in connection with course participation. The courses are intended for healthy babies and parents. If there are health concerns, a doctor should be consulted before participation. The course instructor must be informed in advance about any medical conditions. Data Protection All personal data of participants will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for internal purposes within the scope of course organization. No data will be shared with third parties.
